Chase Carroll is an experienced business leader and co-founder of Amplio Ventures, a company focused on creating jobs for the refugee workforce by developing and growing impactful businesses. As a General Partner at Amplio Partners, Chase leverages a proven HR playbook to support strong companies, having successfully staffed nearly 10,000 workers through Amplio Recruiting. At Warren Averett, Chase serves as Business Transformation Lead and M&A Advisor, where the launch of the Business Transformation Consulting group allows for tailored solutions to middle-market clients. An independent consultant prior to this role, Chase specialized in business turnaround and strategic innovation for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies. Earlier experience includes management consulting at Karisimbi Business Partners and assurance services at Warren Averett. Chase holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Samford University.
