Kayla Riparetti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and community impact, currently serving as the Regional Director for Emerging Enterprise at Amplitude since March 2018, where Kayla was recognized as the 2023 Global Sales Leader of the Year. Prior roles at Amplitude included Manager of Corporate Sales and Team Lead for Commercial Account Executives, and earning the title of 2019 Sales Rep of the Year. Previous experience includes a Business Development role at Oracle and positions as a Research Assistant and Lab Assistant at UC Santa Barbara. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara and is actively involved in leadership as a Community Impact ERG Co-Lead, driving sustainable change in global communities.
