Kate Coats, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and sales within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Amplity Health since December 2018, Kate has progressed through various roles including Strategy & Operations Associate, Program Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Sales Representative, focusing on respiratory services across multiple states. Prior to this, Kate held the position of Catering Sales Manager at Hersha Hospitality Management and was Director of Sales at Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Springfield. Kate began their career at Hersha Hospitality as a Sales Manager and Executive Assistant in National Sales. Kate holds a Master of Business Administration from Endicott College and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Delaware.
