Bert Harris

Bert Harris is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in managed services and technical support. Currently serving as the Manager of Managed Services at Amplix since February 2025, Bert previously held positions at Inflow Communications Inc. as Support Team Lead and Escalation Engineer from September 2016 to February 2025. Prior to this, Bert worked as a Technical Support Engineer at ShoreTel and earned Advanced Certification as a ShoreTel Engineer in October 2013. Bert’s early career included roles as a Field Technician at AllCity Technology and a Network Administrator at Harris & Harris Law Firm, where responsibilities encompassed server and network administration, as well as help-desk support across multiple locations. Bert's foundational experience began as a PC Repair Technician at Expert Computers, complemented by a solid educational background from Austin Community College and Texas Tech University.
