Erik Bakke has worked in the energy industry for over 20 years. Erik began their career in 2000 as Manager of Projects & Services at GE Power Systems for GE Enter Software, LLC. In 2003, they transitioned to Account Manager, Sales at GE Energy. In 2006, they became Regional Manager at Conergy, where they built and led a sales, engineering, and project management team to engineer, procure, and construct solar PV systems from 3 kW up to 1.2 MW. In 2008, they moved to SunTechnics Energy Systems (Conergy AG) as Regional Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they were Senior Sales Manager at GE Energy. In 2012, they became Director of Sales North America at Alion Energy, Incorporated. From 2015 to 2016, they were Director, Business Development, Western Region at Sol Systems. From 2016 to 2018, they were Project Development Executive at EnSync Energy Systems. Since 2018, they have been Senior Account Executive at Enel X, where they have consulted Fortune 1000 businesses on implementing distributed energy solutions and energy management strategies. Since 2021, they have been Senior Sales Manager at bp pulse fleet (formerly AMPLY Power), where they are developing and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships while creating programs to drive market share leadership and dramatic revenue ramp in the public and private electric transportation sectors.
Erik Bakke holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering - Energy from San Jose State University and a certificate in Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technologies from Princeton University. In addition, they obtained a Black Belt in Six Sigma from GE in June 2003.
