Joanna Edwards has over 10 years of experience in marketing and management roles. Joanna began their career in 2013 as a Pensions Team Manager at the NHS Business Services Authority. In 2014, they joined BT as a Senior Manager / Head of B2B Content Marketing, where they led and developed a team of 8 people to improve B2B brand perception and consideration through thought leadership campaigns, product marketing, and organic social media management.
