Nicholas Scott has been working in the software engineering field since 2008. Nicholas started as a Developer I at Insuresoft, where they worked on a three-tiered ASP.NET policy processing solution for property and casualty insurance groups. Nicholas then moved to AFFLINK as a Web Applications Developer in 2011. Nicholas returned to Insuresoft in 2011 as a Senior Developer, again working on the same policy processing solution. In 2013, they joined Local Government Corporation as a Software Developer III. In 2018, they moved to Vertafore as a Senior Software Engineer and Development Manager. Nicholas is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at bp pulse fleet (formerly AMPLY Power).
Nicholas Scott attended the University of North Alabama from 2001 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines (February 2019), Learning SignalR with ASP.NET Core (November 2018), Amazon Web Services: Monitoring and Metrics (July 2018), and Learning React.js (June 2018).
