Alex Kelly serves as the National Retail Communications, Engagement, and Deployment Manager at Ampol, a position held since September 2019. In this role, Alex leads a team focused on developing communication strategies that empower retail stores to effectively implement business initiatives. Prior to Ampol, Alex held several roles at Bakers Delight, including National Retail Communications & Engagement Team Lead and National Retail Communications and Engagement Specialist, alongside experience as an Area Manager for Victoria & Tasmania at McDonald's from November 2011 to December 2016. Currently pursuing a Diploma of Human Resources Management at the Australian Institute of Management, Alex has a foundational education from Ballarat Grammar, completed in 2013.
