Charissa McCutcheon

Charissa McCutcheon has extensive experience in employee relations, currently serving as an Employee Relations Case Manager at Ampol since September 2025. Prior to this role, Charissa held multiple positions at Airservices Australia from July 2021 to September 2025, including Employee Relations Lead, Employee Support Lead, and Employee Relations Business Partner. Charissa also served as Senior Manager for Employee and Industrial Relations at Toll Group from April 2015 to June 2021, managing employee relations across diverse industries in Western Australia and South Australia. Earlier, Charissa worked as Employee Relations Superintendent at QGC on the significant QCLNG Project, overseeing employee relations for upstream construction. Charissa's career began in legal practice as a Solicitor at DLA Piper and Herbert Smith Freehills before transitioning to employee relations roles. Charissa holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland, earned between 2002 and 2006.
