Jackie Birch

Jackie Birch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Ampol Australia since October 2021, Jackie has previously held significant roles including People Integration Lead at Zurich Financial Services Australia and Director of Global HR Operations at Aristocrat. Additional experience includes HR Director APAC at HotelClub, Project Manager - HR Contract at Appco Group Australia, and Global Head of Human Resources at Bravura Solutions. Earlier in the career, Jackie served as a Learning and Development Consultant for the Australian Institute of Management while studying for a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Wollongong. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Sydney University.
