Libby Williams

Libby Williams is an experienced safety and wellbeing professional with a robust background in health, safety, and environment management across various industries. Currently serving as the WHS Manager for Distribution at Ampol since July 2019, Libby has been integral in driving the 'Magnify' Behavioural Based Safety Program and enhancing mental health strategies for a network of 200 retail sites. Previous roles include Rehabilitation Consultant at APM, Health and Safety Consultant at Bodycare Workplace Solutions, and various safety leadership positions at IAG and Origin Energy, where Libby contributed to system improvements and risk management initiatives. Libby holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Science from UNSW, a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University, and multiple certifications in leadership, business management, and training.
