Cindy O'Malley

Cindy O'Malley, CAE has 26 years of experience with KTA-Tator, Inc. where they worked as a Vice President and Professional Services Business Unit Manager. Cindy was also the Consulting and Laboratory Services Manager, and the Director of KTA's Laboratory Services, supervising the scientists, chemists, and research and development specialists. In 2018, they became the Executive Director of the Master Painters Institute, focusing on business development, building relationships with specifiers and paint manufacturers, and upgrading the existing key product areas of testing/standards and training. Cindy became the Chief Integration Officer for NACE International in 2020. Since 2021, they have been the Chief Operations Officer and AMPP Global Center Executive Director at the Association for Materials Protection and Performance, providing strategic and operational leadership for expanding activities, including investments, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate alliances.

Cindy O'Malley, CAE obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree in Global Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Strategic Leadership from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in the years 2015-2016. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Penn State University and also attended a short course in The Fundamentals of Coating Science at North Dakota State University. Cindy holds a certification in Certified Association Executive (CAE) from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, which they obtained in May 2022, and they also hold a certification as a Protective Coatings Specialist from SSPC: The Society for Protective Coatings, which they obtained in January 2005.
