The Aviation and Flight Operations team at AMREF Flying Doctors is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of air medical evacuation missions. This includes piloting the aircraft, providing in-flight medical care, coordinating aeromedical logistics, maintaining airworthiness of the fleet, and managing safety protocols. The team operates round-the-clock to enable emergency air evacuations and medical transfers across East Africa and beyond, ensuring patients receive critical care during transport.
