Alena Sus

Alena Sus has a strong background in HR and management roles. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the General Manager of KFC at OOO AmRest. Alena then joined OOO AmRest in 2012 and held various roles, including HR specialist, T&D Manager, and Employer Branding Manager. In 2018, Alena joined AmRest as the Head of Training for KFC, where they developed and executed the learning strategy for the brand. Alena later became the Global HR Director for Pizza Hut, focusing on employer branding, recruitment, training, and organizational effectiveness. Since 2023, Alena has been serving as the KFC HR Global Director at AmRest.

Alena Sus received a Specialist degree in Sociology from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional Coach from Erickson Coaching International in 2016. Alena also has a certification in Strategic HR Management from AMI business school, although the specific year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
