Benjamin Thieulot

Benjamin Thieulot currently serves as Directeur Hygiène et Qualité at AmRest since June 2022 and has been with Sushishop as Responsable hygiène since May 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Responsable QHSE / Formateur at Fédération des Fromagers de France from November 2017 to May 2018 and a brief position as Responsable HQSE at Intermarché, where Benjamin implemented HQSE policies across six stores. In the Groupe Bertrand, from June 2016 to June 2017, responsibilities included establishing national hygiene and quality policies and developing an environmental approach. Previously, from March 2003 to June 2016, Benjamin managed hygiene and quality for Groupe Frères Blanc, overseeing compliance and interactions with public health services. Educational qualifications include a degree in biotechnology and technology applied to restoration from the faculté de pharmacie de Châtenay-Malabry, along with professional certifications from Lycée hôtelier Jean Quarré and IUFM.
