Gael Robin

Gael Robin is an experienced business coach currently working for Yum! Brands since November 2024, and also serves as a Franchise Business Coach for AmRest since April 2018. Previously, Gael held the position of directeur d'établissement at Autogrill from February 2003 to March 2018, responsible for the overall operation, budgeting, and legal management of various food service locations, including Burger King and Buffalo Grill. Education was completed at Ecole Hotelière de Dinard with a BTS degree. Gael's focus has consistently been on enhancing customer and employee satisfaction while upholding company values.
