Galina Filon

Galina Filon's work experience includes a range of roles in HR and management. Galina started their career at AmRest in 2006 as a Store Manager and later progressed to roles such as Culture and Communication Manager, HR Manager in Training and Development, and Operational District Coach/Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Human Resources Director for Russia and China. Galina then moved on to become the Global HR Talent Acquisition and Retention Director, where they were responsible for the global talent acquisition strategy and the launch of a global recruitment system for AmRest. In December 2021, they took on the position of Global HR Planning and Development Director. Additionally, they have experience as a Freelance Journalist for local city newspapers from 2007 to 2009.

Galina Filon has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Mass Media Communications from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" from 2004 to 2009. Galina also pursued an Executive MBA from the Advanced Management Institute in 2015-2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute in 2019, and certifications in strategic leadership, MBTI practitioner, certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and delegation empowerment from various institutions.
