Lina Lim

Lina Lim has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Learning & Development at Amret MFI since June 2018, Lina has held various managerial roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Training Programs, as well as Manager of Performance Management. Prior positions include HR Specialist at VSO, Senior HR Officer and HR Officer at People in Need, and HR Officer at Hagar International. Lina has contributed to recruitment processes, policy revisions, compensation, and benefits management, alongside providing support to expatriate staff. Holding a Master's degree in Research and Development Management and certifications in Learning and Development, Lina is well-equipped with the skills necessary for effective HR management and organizational development.
