Mr. Bharat Kumar Seta has over 35 years of experience of working with prestigious organisations like Brooke Bond, Champdany Group and Magma Group in Senior Management, as an Independent Director of Listed Company and as a fulltime practicing Chartered Accountant.

Presently, Mr. Seta is the managing partner of M/S K. N. Gutgutia & Co., a reputed C. A. Firm having its existence since 1949. He is the 36th Rank Holder in CA Intermediate Examination and 2nd Rank Holder in India in CS Final Examination. His core competency lies in the Business Start-up services, Corporate Laws and due diligence, Loan Syndication, M & A, Taxation, Finance and Audit. Mr. Seta has to his credit the setting up of business start-up services and incorporation of more than 30 Private Limited companies for foreign clients from Korea, UK and Australia.
