Hello there!

We're in the process of establishing a well-known brand that produces vegan and gluten-free food products using mushrooms and millet. Our aim is to create a circular economy that benefits all involved parties. Our approach involves providing farmers with a supply chain, along with eco-friendly instructions for oyster mushroom cultivation. Additionally, we're collaborating with rural women to produce and package value-added, vegan, and gluten-free millet & mushroom-based food products. By doing so, we're supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, and 13.

The cultivation of oyster mushrooms has social, economic, and environmental impacts that can be addressed through the following points:

1. Proper management of farm agro-waste
2. Addressing shortages of land and water
3. Tackling malnutrition and hunger issues
4. Reducing unemployment rates
5. Combatting lifestyle diseases.
