Aiga Arste - Avotina

Aiga Arste - Avotina is an experienced professional in executive search and management assessment, currently serving as a Partner and Member of the Board at Amrop Estonia since April 2013. With an extensive career at Amrop since 1996, Aiga has held leadership roles in establishing and managing operations in Latvia and Lithuania, focusing on international clients. Additionally, Aiga contributes as Chair of the Nomination Committee at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance and has been involved with the Riga Business School Alumni Association. Aiga's education includes an MBA from Riga Business School and several esteemed executive programs from IMD and the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
