Annika Farin

Annika Farin is the Managing Partner at Amrop. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Amrop from January 2007 to September 2010. Annika was also the Head of Corporate Human Resources at Tchibo from August 2004 to December 2006, and the SVP HR/Talent/Organisation at Infineon Technologies from July 2003 to July 2004. Before that, they were an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from November 1996 to June 2003.

Annika Farin has a post-graduate degree in social psychology from the LSE, and also has a diploma in business administration and management from EAP/ECSP.
