Oana Ciornei

Oana Ciornei is the managing partner at Amrop. Oana has over 20 years of experience in leadership and human resources. Oana began their career at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in 1997, where they held various top management roles in HR, Group Project Management, and IT. In 2006, they joined Korn Ferry as COO and Partner for Romania. There they helped develop leadership solutions for clients. In 2009, they left Korn Ferry to start their own executive search firm, TheSearchers. Oana ran TheSearchers until 2010 when they joined Amrop. Oana has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies that help organizations achieve their goals.

Oana Ciornei holds a Bachelor of Science in Computers from West University of Timisoara. Oana has also completed executive programs at INSEAD and IMD in value creation, managing partnerships and strategic alliances, and executive education.
