Oana Ciornei

Oana Ciornei is currently a Member of the Global Board and the Global Amrop University Lead at Amrop. Oana also serves as the Managing Partner Romania at Amrop Romania. Prior to that, Oana held roles as the Managing Partner/Owner at TheSearchers and COO/Partner Romania at Korn Ferry. With a background in HR, Group Project Management, and IT, Oana has held various top management roles at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Oana has participated in executive programs at top institutions such as INSEAD and IMD, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computers from West University of Timisoara.
