Gintarė Bėtaitė-Cibulskė

Gintarė Bėtaitė-Cibulskė is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Currently serving as a Partner and Senior Associate at Amrop since April 2008, Gintarė plays a vital role in guiding organizations around the globe in identifying leadership talent. Prior to this role, Gintarė held various managerial positions, including Assignment Manager at Modern Times Group MTG and Viasat Direct Sales Manager at Le Meridien Villon. An accomplished academic, Gintarė completed an Executive MBA at the International School of Management and pursued additional studies at IMD and Kaunas University of Technology, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.
