Victor Reis

Victor Reis is an experienced leadership advisory professional currently serving as a Partner at Amrop since April 2025. Prior to this role, Victor was the Leadership Center of Excellence Lead and Senior Consultant at Alumni from February 2022 to April 2025. Victor's background includes significant experience at Cubiks, where roles spanned from Country Manager for Sweden to Manager of Consultant Services and Senior/Principal Consultant, focusing on talent management and assessment solutions for global clients. Earlier experience includes working as a Psychologist Consultant at Karolinska University Hospital and as an English Teacher in Sichuan, China. Victor holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Uppsala University, obtained in 2009.
