Jolene D'costa has extensive experience in executive support and administration, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at AMS since October 2012. Previous positions include Administration Manager, where Jolene developed and implemented policies to improve efficiency, and Travel Manager, responsible for coordinating travel logistics and budgeting. Prior to AMS, Jolene worked at Pico MENA from October 2007 to October 2012 as a Production Specialist and Senior Travel Consultant, contributing to a leading brand activation company. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
