Fernando Osorio

Fernando Osorio currently serves as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, Lead to Americas at ams OSRAM since January 2024. As a founder of Dream Swing Baseball, Fernando provides personalized baseball coaching and develops training programs for young athletes. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Outreach Analyst and Office Lead at Windsor Group LLC, Senior Technical Recruiter at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds, and Talent Acquisition Partner at SomaLogic. Fernando has also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Edge Staffing, where recognition was received as Employee of the Year in 2021, and held various recruitment and sales positions earlier in the career. Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Daniel Webster College and is currently enhancing skills through additional education at Visible Edge.
