Frits van Staa

Frits van Staa serves as the CFO and Senior Vice President for both the Automotive and Digital Business Units at ams OSRAM since January 2019, overseeing significant strategic portfolio management and leading various innovative lighting solutions. Prior to this role, Frits was the Vice President and CFO of BU Digital Systems at OSRAM, managing a profitable global business. Earlier experience includes key finance roles at Philips, where responsibilities spanned enabling functions, interventional X-ray solutions, and lighting systems, alongside a foundational role in semiconductor equipment financial management at BESI/FICO. Frits holds a degree in Business Economics from Nyenrode Business University and Tilburg University.
