Sanjeev Tripathi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR for ams OSRAM overseeing operations in India, Indonesia, and Thailand, Sanjeev previously held positions such as Senior General Manager and Country HR Manager at GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LIMITED, General Manager-HR at Spencer's Retail, and Manager-HR at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, Sanjeev has experience as Factory HR at Madhu India Ltd. Educationally, Sanjeev holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management with a focus on Strategic HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and has also studied at Awadhesh Pratap Singh Vishwavidyalaya.
