Vladimir Kostyuchenko

Vladimir Kostyuchenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and project management within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Operations Manager at ams OSRAM since June 2021, Vladimir leads operations projects, defines supply-chain strategies, and manages crisis situations while coordinating stakeholders for forecast and order fulfillment. Prior to this role, Vladimir was a Project Manager at EV Group from April 2016 to May 2021, successfully managing complex projects for key accounts and driving R&D initiatives. Earlier experiences include leadership of a service department at CJSC Ostec-EC and engineering roles at Ostec Enterprise Ltd. and CNII HM, where responsibilities spanned customer service, project management, and electronic device development.
