Aziel Sime is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and help desk support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk at Amscot Financial since April 2022, Aziel has demonstrated expertise in analyzing system logs and performing root cause analysis to resolve hardware and software issues while ensuring system security. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Coding Temple, where Aziel consolidated data using Python scripts and managed PostgreSQL databases, and engaging in personal projects that involved developing a finance app with Flask and React. Aziel holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg College.
