Michael Bouchard

Michael Bouchard, MBA, is a seasoned program manager and founder with extensive experience in consulting and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Federal Trade Commission, Michael leads realignment efforts for a large organization focused on administrative services. As the founder of ASI Process Improvement, Michael developed a proprietary methodology aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Michael's previous roles include owner of Takoda Consulting, where strategic consulting was provided to global clients, and client relations at Andrew Morgan Consulting, where significant contracts were secured. Additional experience encompasses business development at Aptive Resources, residential real estate sales at Bennion Deville Homes, and various positions in public service and volunteering, including management roles within the Hillary for America campaign and the United States Navy. Michael holds an MBA from the International University of Monaco and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University.
