Anca Marcu has an extensive work experience in the finance sector. In 2008, they began their career as an Accountant at CR&BKF Accounting Services, where they were responsible for preparing books of accounts and tax computations for Irish companies. In 2010, they joined KPMG as a Financial Auditor, where they were involved in performing audit tests and understanding the business and risks associated to customers in banking and leasing sectors. In 2012, they moved to TPA Horwath Romania as an Experienced Audit Associate. In 2013, they joined CREDIT EUROPE BANK (ROMANIA) S.A. as a Group Reporting Specialist. In 2014, they began working at Fiba Capital Investments B.V. as a Financial Analyst. In 2019, they joined Anchor Grup SA as a Financial Analyst. Currently, Anca Marcu is the Chief Financial Officer at AMSIMCEL and the Founder of FinCraft.
Anca Marcu is currently pursuing a degree from ACCA. Prior to this, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in December 2005. Anca then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Economics from ASE Bucharest, Faculty of Accounting and Management Informatics Systems from 2006 to 2009, and a Master's degree in Economics from ASE Bucharest, Master of Audit, Accounting and Management of Informatics Systems from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a degree from CECCAR (The Romanian Chamber of Certified and Chartered Accountants) since 2018.
