Helma Blankman has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of healthcare, education, and consulting. Currently serving as a clustermanager at Amsta since September 2023, Helma previously held positions such as beleidsadviseur/projectmanager at FPC Oostvaarderskliniek and coordinerend senior adviseur beleid at the Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie. Over the years, Helma has contributed to the NIFP as Hoofd bureau Wetenschap en Opleidingen and has held a long tenure at RINO-groep as Hoofdopleider Liberman-methodiek.
