Jarrod Falk

Jarrod Falk, CMA, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jarrod began their career at Vomar Industries in 2004 as an Accountant. In 2007, they briefly worked as a Teacher at the International Language Institute. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Assistant Controller at Amsted Rail before being promoted to the position of Plant Controller from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they played a crucial role in initiating operations in Bessemer Alabama and set the financial, operational, and strategic direction for the facility. From 2016 to 2021, Jarrod served as the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at Amsted Rail, responsible for the annual planning process and working closely with executive management on the long-range strategic direction of the company. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Strategic Planning and, most recently, to the role of Senior Director of Strategic Execution in 2022. Jarrod also has experience serving on the Board of Directors at Mount Carmel Clinic from 2011 to 2012, where they chaired the Finance Committee and contributed to setting the Clinic's 5-year direction.

Jarrod Falk, CMA, CPA completed the CMA Strategic Leadership Program from 2010 to 2012, earning a CMA Professional Designation in Management Accounting. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Manitoba from 2002 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Accounting.
