Kelli Coons

Kelli Coons serves as the Human Resources Director at Amsted Seals since February 2018, where responsibilities include guiding management and staff in employee relations, recruitment, retention, benefits, compensation, training, and occupational health and safety. Kelli Coons also oversees the human resources and EHS functions for all Amsted Seals locations both domestically and internationally, and acts as the Affirmative Action Officer for Amsted Rail, Inc. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Service Center Metals and a long tenure at Target from 1997 to 2016, culminating in the position of Executive Team Leader Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Richard Bland College of William & Mary.
