Maaike Klaver-Tielman

Maaike Klaver-Tielman is an experienced educator and coach with a diverse background in special education and student guidance. Since August 2017, Maaike has served as an Intern Begeleider at Amstelwijs, following a similar role at Amstelwijs SBO-Wending from 2008 to 2017. In addition, Maaike has established and led Onderwijs Coaching Amstelveen from June 2020 until January 2024, providing personalized educational support. Professional experience also includes a position as a Trainer at Intraverte Boost from November 2021 to January 2023 and serving as a Groepsleerkracht for SEN (special educational needs) students. Maaike holds multiple post-HBO qualifications in pedagogical leadership, coaching, and special education, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth in the field of education. Currently pursuing post-HBO studies in Pedagogisch Leiderschap at Stichting NIVOZ, Maaike continues to enhance expertise in educational leadership and student care.
