Radosław Fąfara

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked at the European Commission as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM) in implementing reforms across EU countries. Additionally, Tomasz has held various positions, including a member of the Stakeholder's Council at Uniwersytet Warszawski, a coordination team member at the European Defence Agency, and a coordination assistant in the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate of the European External Action Service. Earlier experience includes leadership with Network PL and multiple roles at the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
