Kristen Mattson

Kristen Mattson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kristen started their career as a Process Engineer at Varian Semiconductor in 1996 and then moved to BTU International in 1998, where they held the same position until 2000. At BTU International, they further progressed their career and took on roles such as Product Marketing Manager from 2000 to 2006, Marketing Services Manager from 2006 to 2016, and Marketing Principal from 2016 to 2022. In their position as Marketing Principal, Kristen was responsible for outbound marketing, global revenue forecasting, and providing business and product support for key markets and projects. Currently, Kristen is serving as the Corporate Director of Strategic Marketing at Amtech Systems Inc., a position they took up in June 2022.

Kristen Mattson holds an MBA degree in Marketing from Babson College. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Vermont. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics from Kellogg Executive Education in May 2022.
