Rachel Cockins

Rachel Cockins, M.S. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management and human performance technology. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Senior Human Performance Technologist, and Human Performance Technologist at AMTIS, Inc. since January 2018, Rachel has honed skills in collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and project execution. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as an Organizational Development Assistant at Kaplan Test Prep from July 2016 to December 2017, where project management abilities were utilized across various teams. Additionally, Rachel held the position of Data Analyst at AMTIS, Inc. from April 2016 to October 2017, managing sensitive veteran data with meticulous attention to detail. Rachel earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2017, following a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field in 2014.
