Eric Dartt

Eric Dartt is an experienced professional in labor relations with a specialized background in negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Amtrak since March 2018, Eric provides strategic counsel for approximately 5,000 employees in clerical and on-board services. Prior to this role, Eric worked at CSX from January 2007 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing labor relations processes, advising on disciplinary matters, and handling arbitration case conferences. Eric holds a degree from the University of North Florida, completed between 2002 and 2009.
