Hailey Graf

Hailey Graf, AICP, is currently the Infrastructure Planning Manager at Amtrak, where they focus on enhancing transportation systems in response to growing populations. Previously, they held various roles at NJ TRANSIT, including Principal Facilities Planner, as well as positions at Hudson County Division of Planning and Lyft. Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Design from Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy in 2018. Their interests encompass open space planning, public transportation, and improving first/last mile transit access.
