Ingrid Thomson

Ingrid Thomson is an experienced professional with a strong background in governance and program management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director and Senior Program Manager at Amtrak since May 2019, Ingrid oversees an enterprise-wide portfolio. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Eagle Hill Consulting, where emphasis was placed on strategic planning and governance development for digital transformation from February 2016 to May 2019. Ingrid also spent a decade at SRA International, managing information systems and operations programs in the Health and Civil Group, alongside earlier project management responsibilities. Prior to that, Ingrid managed process re-engineering initiatives at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation from 1999 to 2006. Ingrid holds a Master of Public Administration in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Susquehanna University.
