Jamie Shopland

Jamie Shopland currently serves as the Director of Agile Transformation at Amtrak, leading significant organizational change towards Agile practices. With a background as an Enterprise Agility Coach at AgileSavant LLC and previous experience as a Scaled Agile Coach and Trainer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Jamie has effectively coached teams in Agile methodologies such as SAFe. Earlier roles include Product Manager at Music & Arts, where contributions aligned IT initiatives with strategic goals, and various positions in legislative analysis and project management. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from Hood College and has certifications in multiple Agile frameworks.
