Jennifer Mitchell

Jennifer Mitchell serves as the Executive Vice President for Planning and Strategy at Amtrak. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Deputy Administrator at the Federal Railroad Administration and served as Director at the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation. Additionally, Jennifer worked as Assistant Vice President at Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA, now known as WSP USA, and was the Deputy Project Director for Finance at the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project under the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
