Jessica Smith has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Jessica started their career as an intern at the U.S. Grains Council and later interned at O, the Oprah Magazine. Jessica then worked as a Guest Services Associate at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Jessica also has experience as a Marketing Director and Marketing Manager at Cheaper Peepers, where they handled branding strategies, created advertisements, and oversaw website updates. Jessica further worked as a Digital Marketing Manager for Nestlé Waters, supporting digital acquisition campaigns and improving search rankings. Jessica also served as a Marketing Analytics Analyst for AARP, supporting web analytics and cross-channel marketing campaigns. Jessica then worked at M&T Bank as a Digital Marketing Specialist and later as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, supporting brand awareness paid media campaigns and acting as a scrum master. Most recently, they joined Amtrak as a Lead Marketing & Digital Specialist. In 2020, Jessica also started their own business, The Little Love Boutique, which creates high-quality apparel and accessories to encourage self-love.
