Oren Gruber

Oren Gruber serves as the Director of Product Development and Customer Analytics at Amtrak, overseeing IT development, staffing, vendors, and marketing with a multi-million-dollar budget while leading digital transformation and customer experience initiatives since February 2017. In addition, Oren is an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, contributing to a global community aimed at inspiring growth and positive impact. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Advisor at BayFirst Solutions LLC, Senior Management Consultant at Atlas Group Ltd, and IT Manager & Client Liaison at Pontis Communications, among others, where Oren focused on business development, technology innovation, and government affairs. Oren holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Old Dominion University and a Lobby Certification from the American League of Lobbyists.
