Robert Nied, CPIM, currently serves as the Lead Data Analyst for Supply Chain at Amtrak since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Gap as an Inventory Planner focusing on Mens Bottoms, Outerwear, and Accessories, and prior positions as an Inventory Analyst and Sales Associate. At East Penn Manufacturing Co., Robert Co-Managed Inventory Planning for vendor-managed inventory at Sam's Club and earned GRS certification. As Manager of Supplier Direct Fulfillment at Boscov's, Robert achieved a 120% sales increase year over year by integrating Commerce Hub with the vendor community. Earlier, as Fulfillment Manager at Dylan's Candy Bar, responsibilities included managing a peak staff of 50 and significantly increasing order throughput. Robert's career began at Educational Testing Service where operations management and client relationships were key focus areas. Educational qualifications include attendance at Slippery Rock University from 1997 to 1999 and Wallenpaupack from 1994 to 1997.
