Samantha Eitzmann

Samantha Eitzmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital and brand operations, currently serving as Senior Director at Amtrak since April 2005. In this role, Samantha leads the governance and delivery of customer-facing experiences across various digital platforms, while also operationalizing requests from multiple departments. Previous positions at Amtrak include Director of Business Improvement and Compliance, Senior Business Improvement Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager, all focusing on enhancing productivity and driving organizational efficiency.
