Shrikant Ektare

Shrikant Ektare has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Shrikant has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Amtrak, where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Cloud Solutions. In this role, they oversee a multi-cloud platform that hosts critical cloud-native services across multiple regions. Before joining Amtrak, Shrikant worked at Oracle as the Director of Enterprise Cloud Architecture-Strategic Accounts. There, they partnered with customers' leadership teams to provide cloud-based solutions and designed sustainable cloud reference architectures. Prior to Oracle, Shrikant was an Architect at Appian Corporation, focusing on business process automation. Shrikant also held a senior technical director position at Verizon Wireless, where they managed the technology portfolio for corporate functions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Manager at Oracle, managing projects for strategic clients, and as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, executing projects in the banking, stock exchange, and manufacturing industries.

Shrikant Ektare holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in general management and finance from Bombay, India. Shrikant also has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Bombay. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have obtained certifications as an AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate in November 2018 and as an Oracle Cloud Architect in 2018.
